NWTH LIFESTAR Dispatch & Transfer Center, Panhandle Regional Advisory Council and Federal Single Public Safety Systems team up to provide real-time mass notification for the Texas Panhandle Hospitals and Regional EMS Providers.
As an overview, the SmartMsg (SM) Server at your
location will send alert messages to devices (phone, email, sms, windows
client, pagers) of system users. The server has been setup such that it
can connect to the Codespear dialing infrastructure capable of placing
approximately 2,000 simultaneous calls, send out emails and text, and
pop-up alerts to windows client applications. All of these devices are
capable sending responses as well.
